Cancellation Policy:

We completely understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly! Out of respect for both your time and our service providers’, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your service provider may require a 50% deposit toward your next appointment when rebooking. This helps us protect our team’s time while still being flexible and understanding when emergencies arise.
